Whole Wheat Farm Bread brings together whole wheat flour, unbleached white flour, cracked wheat and wheat berries in a hearty sourdough with a full, satisfying flavor. Made with 50% whole wheat flour, it has plenty of substance while retaining the open crumb and satisfying chew of a stone-hearth loaf.
