Our Breads

At home with your Breads:

The Yeasted Breads and Rolls:

These little Breads are best eaten fresh or within one to two days.

Store these breads in a plastic bag and re-crisp them in a 350 degree oven for 3 to 5 minutes just before eating.

They also freeze very well in a plastic bag.

Defrost frozen Breads by placing them in a 350 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the bread type. They will have a crispy crust and a soft interior and taste great warm from the oven.

The Sourdough Breads:

Store your bread in a paper bag or leave it out on a counter.

A loaf of Sourdough Bread will keep up to 5 days from the day it was baked, warm temperatures decrease shelf life.

You may also store it in a plastic bag and re-crisp by placing in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.

If you don't plan to eat your bread right away you can freeze it.

Place it in a plastic bag and when you are ready to thaw it, simply set it out while preheating your oven.

Refresh the loaf by heating it for 15 - 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven or allow it to defrost completely and re-crisp it in a preheated 350 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes.

Wait about 20 minutes to let the bread cool down slightly and enjoy.

It will taste like freshly baked.

Misting the interior of your oven during the first minutes of refreshing your Bread will help preserve the moisture in the loaf. We do not recommend refrigerating or microwaving any of the breads.
