Walnut Raisin Bread begins with the same naturally leavened dough as Country White Sourdough, with walnuts and raisins soaked for many hours before being folded into it. The walnuts bring their rich, earthy flavor, while the raisins add pockets of sweetness that beautifully complement the sourdough’s natural tang.

Its crusty exterior surrounds a chewy crumb generously filled with fruit and nuts. Delicious on its own, it becomes especially lovely when toasted, as the warmth brings forward the sweetness of the raisins and the flavor of the walnuts.
